Refund Policy

At VBOX, we aim to provide creators and viewers with powerful tools, smooth experience, and high-value services. Since many of our features involve digital services (AI tools, creator subscriptions, in-app boosts), refund rules are slightly different from physical products.

1. Subscriptions (Pro Creator / Studio Creator / Viewer Premium)

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, once the payment is processed.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime; access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds for unused days or early cancellation.

2. AI Tools & One-Time Purchases

  • Purchases of AI credits, editing packs, or dubbing tools are non-refundable, as the service is instantly delivered.
  • If a technical error prevents the tool from functioning, our team will re-credit the tool usage after verification.

3. In-App Promotions (Boost My Episode)

  • Promotions once applied cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • If the boost does not activate due to a system issue, we will re-run your boost or credit back a new boost token.

4. Double Payments / Payment Errors

If you are charged twice for the same service:

  • Email us at admin@quantloop.tech with proof
  • Refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Creator Earnings / Payouts

Earnings withdrawn by creators cannot be reversed or refunded once transferred.
