Thank you for using VBOX ("Platform"), owned and operated by Quantloop Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using VBOX (mobile app, website, or creator tools), you accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") without modification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you agree to the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use VBOX

Use of VBOX is allowed only for individuals who can legally enter into a contract under Indian law.

You must be:

  • 18 years or older
  • Not disqualified under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Using the Platform with true identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you are under 18 or violating any applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

You may browse VBOX without an account, but uploading content or using creator tools requires registration.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

We may terminate or suspend your account for any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. Electronic Communication

When you use VBOX or communicate with us digitally, you consent to receive messages from us electronically — including emails, notifications, alerts, and announcements.

4. Content Upload, Ownership & Licensing

Creators retain ownership of their original content. However, by uploading content to VBOX, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, stream, display, and distribute your content
  • Promote, market, and showcase your content
  • Use your name, display picture, and profile to promote your content on VBOX

This license is required for the platform to function and continues until you delete your content from the platform.

You confirm that:

  • Your content is your original creation OR you have full rights and permissions
  • Your content does not violate anyone's copyright, privacy, or legal rights
  • Your content does not contain nudity, hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

5. User Reviews, Feedback & Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, improvements, or comments you share with VBOX automatically become our property.

We may use them:

  • To improve the product
  • For marketing
  • For feature development

We are not required to:

  • Keep feedback confidential
  • Provide compensation
  • Respond to suggestions

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep platform information accurate, but errors may occur (including data, views, earnings, analytics, or notifications).

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features
  • Fix errors
  • Update information
  • Remove inaccurate or harmful content

7. Payment, Subscriptions & Revenue Sharing

Creators may earn money through ads, subscriptions, brand integrations, and in-app promotions.

By using paid features, you agree that:

  • All prices may change at our discretion
  • Taxes may apply
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for subscription or tool purchases
  • Payouts will follow VBOX's payment and identity verification process
  • Revenue share percentages may vary by feature and may be updated with notice.

8. Platform Conduct

Users must not:

  • Upload harmful, abusive, obscene, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others
  • Spread malware, spam, or unauthorized promotions
  • Collect data from the platform without permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer VBOX

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal or legal action.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to VBOX if we believe you:

  • Violated these Terms
  • Uploaded unsafe or illegal content
  • Misused tools or payment systems
  • Harmed other users or the platform

Your content may be removed during suspension or termination.

10. Third-Party Services

VBOX may use third-party tools for:

  • Payments
  • Analytics
  • Hosting
  • Messaging

We are not responsible for third-party failures or actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

VBOX is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of earnings
  • Platform downtime
  • Content deletion
  • Data loss
  • User disputes
  • Third-party actions

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

Your data is handled as per our privacy policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data for:

  • Personalization
  • Payments
  • Analytics
  • Platform improvement

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
